CE Course Submission Form

Use this form if your Michigan dental society or accredited dental school has a CE event to publicize on the MDA website and in the MDA Journal. CE listings must be submitted 30 days prior to the next Journal publication date. For example, to be published in the July issue, submissions must be received by June 1.
