About the speakers … Aaron Smith is senior consultant and vice president of operations for ChoiceTel. He works with clients of all sizes to ensure that their IT infrastructure and landscape are designed to meet their current and future needs. Smith has over 12 years of experience at ChoiceTel and holds multiple certifications in telecom engineering and phone system engineering. In addition, he received his Lean Six Sigma Certification from the University of Michigan and was named a Top 30 in their 30s by DBusiness.
Dave Fidanza has held numerous technical and management positions in both service and sales over his 30-year career. He has focused the past 15 years on the design, implementation, and support of enterprise-level software solutions that focus on managing, securing, and delivering data. He currently is chief information officer for iCoreConnect, where he manages the IT department as well as the support and implementation teams.
