For a successful increase production, the staff and doctor need to buy into the plan and understand that more production is necessary for a dental practice to grow. This webinar will look at overcoming barriers to acceptance and how the front office team should be responsible for financial arrangements.

About the Speaker … Dr. Patrick Houlihan graduated from the University of Detroit School of Dentistry also holds degrees in microbiology, psychology, and business. He has completed residencies in both orthodontics and dental implants, and is co-owner of a dental practice in Burton, Mich. Dr. Houlihan has also worked as a dental practice consultant with over 150 successful practice transitions.
