What can dentists do to increase production? For a successful increase production, the staff and doctor need to buy into the plan and understand that more production is necessary for a dental practice to grow. This webinar will look at overcoming barriers to acceptance and how the front office team should be responsible for financial arrangements.

Learning objectives:

  • How to increase case and financial arrangement acceptance.
  • How to overcome the three barriers of acceptance: money, fear, and time.
  • How to get on the “same side of the table” as the patient.
  • What to do when your well-constructed FA’s don’t work.
  • How to change the schedule plan as needed.
  • How to schedule for production, not necessarily a full schedule.
