A dental practice is just like every other small business: it has to make a profit to survive. The more profit it makes the better it will be for patients, staff, and eventually the doctor(s). But is making a profit moral? This webinar will look at the typical costs associated with a dental office, the numbers that should be track, and how often those numbers should be viewed and by whom.
Learning objectives:
- Discover the typical overhead expenses and what percentage of collection should they be in order to assure profitability.
- Find the difference between hard and soft expenses.
- Learn how to minimize costs through budgets, purchasing responsibilities/procedures, and constant monitoring.
