The MDA Salutes Its Volunteers
It wouldn’t be possible without volunteers. As a member-driven organization, the Michigan Dental Association depends on volunteer leaders. The truth is, little, if anything, could be accomplished without the dedication of MDA volunteers. It’s a story of accomplishment that goes all the way back to 1856, when the association was founded by a group of 14 dentists, traveling by horseback in the dead of winter to gather together and do something good for their fledgling profession.
MDA volunteers made a difference then, and they’re making a big difference now.
